This video is titled, "Digital Formation: God's Presence in a World of Absence" by Shane Hipps at Biola University Chapel. I enjoyed the video because it is a reminder to be PRESENT when we are with people. Sometimes we need to leave our phones in a drawer or in a purse or in the car in order to connect to the people we are with "in real life". It is a good reminder as we go into the Christmas holiday.
During the early part of the day, I helped at the Fiesta Bowl Youth Football Clinic. I helped check in players and then helped Derek Kennard with coaching the basic of offensive and defensive line play. Photos from that event to follow.
Ginger, Gavin and I went to help pack meals at Feed My Starving Children in the late afternoon/evening.
One of the reasons we enjoy FMSC is because they allow kids to volunteer at to pack meals at the age of 5. This was our third event with FMSC.
