The wife, “packed a container of homemade chicken soup, cookies and some spare ribs" to send home with the “intruder”.

Ephesians 4:32 says, “Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.” If only, I could be so forgiving and kind when faced with a stressful situation.
